Casey Parker MBBS DCH FRACGP

I am a rural Generalist working in the tropical, remote northwest of Australia. I work in ED, Anaesthesia and Critical care. I am essentially a self-taught ultrasonographer with a passion for education and knowledge translation. I have been a Professor with the ULA since its inception and especially enjoy discussing the utility of ultrasound in resource-poor environments. When I am not working or scanning I enjoy traveling the world with my wife and 3 boys.

Jacob Avila MD

I am the Co-Ultrasound Director and Co-Ultrasound Fellowship Director at the University of Tennessee in Chattanooga. I am also involved in several other ultrasound related ventures including 5minsono.comultrasoundoftheweek.com, Ultrasound GEL, and am a member of the Ultrasound Podcast team.

I love all things ultrasound, but my main interests include ultrasound-guided IV placement and pulmonary ultrasound.
